Welcome to MedPrepa ("MedPrepa", "we", "us", "our"), an online platform that helps students prepare for the Moroccan medical-school entrance exam (Concours de Médecine). MedPrepa is operated by Ahmed Eshaji, based in Morocco. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use MedPrepa.

1. The service

MedPrepa provides educational content and tools — lessons, past exams, practice questions, progress tracking, spaced-repetition review, a study checklist, and saved questions. The content is provided for personal study and practice only.

MedPrepa is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, medical faculty, the Ministry of Education, or any official body that administers the Concours de Médecine. Past-exam material is reproduced for educational purposes only.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information (including a valid email and name) when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • An account is personal to you. You may not share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
  • You must be old enough to sit the entrance exam (typically 16 or older). If you are a minor, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Access, pricing and payment

Full access to MedPrepa requires a one-time payment of 300 DH (or 250 DH with a valid promo code). Payment is made by bank transfer to our CIH Bank account; we do not process card payments and never receive your banking credentials.

After you transfer the amount and confirm your payment (for example via WhatsApp, with your account email and the transfer reference), we verify the transfer manually and activate your access. Activation is not instant — it happens once we have confirmed the payment. Access is personal and non-transferable and may be limited to a specific exam year or period as described at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

Because MedPrepa is digital content unlocked manually after payment, please contact us before paying if you are unsure. If you believe a payment was made in error or access was not delivered, contact support and we will review your case in good faith. We may decline a refund where full access has already been used.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly post any lessons, questions, answers, or other content from MedPrepa;
  • share your login or give others access to paid content through your account;
  • scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content or data;
  • attempt to bypass the access/paywall, security, or rate limits, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without permission;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

6. Intellectual property

All content on MedPrepa — including lessons, explanations, the selection and arrangement of questions, and the platform itself — is owned by MedPrepa or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own exam preparation. No other use is permitted without our written consent.

7. No guarantee of results

MedPrepa is a study aid. We do not guarantee any exam score, admission to medical school, or other outcome. Content is provided "as is" and "as available"; while we work to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedPrepa and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update, add, or remove features, and we may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using MedPrepa at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or if required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute will be subject to the competent Moroccan courts.
